⚠️ Important Note for iPhone Users

  1. iPhone Users: Safari automatically clears website data after 7 days of non-use. Add this app to your Home Screen to protect your data—installed apps use dedicated, permanent storage so your saved lists are never automatically deleted.
  2. How to add this app to your Home Screen: Tap the share button in Safari, then select Add to Home Screen to install.

  2. Easy Personal Item Creation: Quickly add personal items using keyboard or speech to text and hitting Enter or the Add Item button.

📖 Quick Start Guide - How to Use the Tool

  1. Add item to list... : Tap the Quick Pick Menu button to add preconfigured items to your --Daily List--. You can also enter items in the [Add personal items to list...] input box. Type your item and hit the Enter key or the Add Item button. Speech to text works in all text input boxes if enabled/available on your device. Just tap the Add Item button to get it added. Your --Daily List-- will populate below the Quick Pick Menu.
  2. Close the Quick Pick Menu: Once you are finished with the Quick Pick Menu categories and your custom categories, just hit the Close Quick Pick Menu button to hide the menu from view. Add more personal items to the --Daily List-- if needed.
  3. Custom Category Creation: Move your cursor into the [Custom Category (e.g. Exercises)...] input box. Input the name of your New Category and hit the Add Category button. Your custom categories and tags you create for them are viewable at the bottom of the Quick Pick Menu.
  4. Delete Custom Tags or Category(s): You can delete custom tags or entire custom categories using the designated deletion controls.
  5. Complete a --Daily List-- task or item: Tap directly on the text of any active item in the list cross it off to show it is completed. Tap it again if you didn't want it showing as completed.
  6. Delete a --Daily List-- item: Simply Tap the delete button on the right side to remove it from your list entirely.
  7. Clean View Modal: Click Clean View for a simplified mobile-friendly task view.
  8. Easy Re-order: Decide to go to a different store after making a grocery list... Easily reorganize items by dragging and dropping them into your preferred order. This can be done in the Clean View modal pop up as well.

🔒 Privacy & Storage

Your items, lists and custom categories are processed entirely on your device using secure local browser storage (localStorage and localForage). No personal task descriptions or private metrics are ever shared with external servers. (See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for additional information)
Also note: Because the app uses (localStorage and localForage), custom categories, item lists, and your --Daily List-- are all device specific.

Important Note: If you use this app in Incognito or Private Browsing mode, some browsers (such as Safari) may restrict or automatically wipe your saved data when the window is closed. For continuous data persistence across sessions, please use a standard browser window.
